We were planning on waiting a while before setting to avoid moving twice as our new home would not have been ready. After reviewing their detailed market conditions report we believed now was the time, and at the last minute switched up our approach and chose to list immediately. And they were right by other than an open house we had one showing and it sold. One showing! The dread of living with a home on the market (with two kids and a dog) where a call could come at any time never happened because it sold right away.
