Susie Wentz is a REALTOR® and Real Estate Advisor with the Guillette Group at eXp Realty, helping buyers and sellers navigate lifestyle-driven transitions throughout Estero, Bonita Springs, Naples, Fort Myers, and the surrounding Southwest Florida communities. As both a U.S. Army veteran and a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), she brings firsthand experience and specialized knowledge to clients facing life’s biggest moves.

Susie's Story

After more than 25 years of marriage, purchasing 13 homes, and relocating across 10 states and Europe, Susie understands firsthand that buying or selling a home is about far more than a transaction. It’s about helping people move confidently into the next stage of their lives.

Before entering real estate, Susie served in the U.S. Army, owned a business, and built a successful career as an executive. Those experiences shaped the calm, thoughtful, and service-oriented approach she brings to every client relationship today.

Susie's Approach

Susie specializes in helping clients through relocations, multigenerational moves, second-home purchases, and military transitions. Her Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation provides specialized training for assisting active-duty service members, veterans, and military families, while her own relocation experiences allow her to connect with clients on a deeply personal level.

Outside of real estate, Susie is a proud Purdue University graduate, a devoted wife and mother, and an active member of the Southwest Florida community.
