Kyla Davis is a REALTOR® with the Guillette Group at eXp Realty and a proud Naples native, which gives her firsthand knowledge of the communities that make Southwest Florida feel like home. After earning her degree in Communication & Marketing, Kyla began her real estate career working with a new-construction builder. That experience gave her a strong understanding of the home-building process and sparked her passion for helping clients turn their vision of homeownership into reality.
Kyla believes buying or selling a home should be one of life’s most exciting milestones, not one of its most stressful. She keeps every transaction enjoyable and well informed with honest guidance, clear communication, and personal support from beginning to end.
Born and raised in Naples, Kyla offers clients valuable local insight into the neighborhoods, schools, lifestyle, and communities that make Southwest Florida unique. Outside of real estate, Kyla recently married and lives in Naples with her husband and their dog, Nala. When she isn’t working with clients, you’ll often find her relaxing at the beach, exploring local communities, or spending time with family and friends.
