Bonita Bay

Welcome to Bonita Bay

A world-class community with nature at its heart

Situated on Estero Bay along the western edge of the Bonita Springs mainland boundary, Bonita Bay is a reminder that both progress and the environment can coexist on a grand and successful scale. Development began on Bonita Bay nearly four decades ago. In that time, both the community and its surroundings have flourished.

Utilizing water conservation and land management best practices, the area has steered clear of surface and groundwater contamination and kept its major natural draws, Estero Bay and the slough that bisects the community, pristine and free from chemical pollutants. For the community itself, the thoughtful management has given Bonita Bay the resemblance of a 2,400-acre nature preserve.

Fifty-eight distinct neighborhoods all set within the area's extremely green footprint give those relocating here a stunning residential variety to choose from. The housing includes single-family custom homes, luxury-laden coaches, multi-unit villas, and high-rise waterfront living. All options are set amongst a lush, tropical setting that makes you forget you live at the heart of one of the most dynamic coastal areas in the U.S.
