Profit has grown by 25 percent, operating costs are down 20 percent and the GCI has increased from $8,000,000 to $20,000,000.
Angela’s start in real estate began as Sales Manager for a small firm in Fort Myers Beach, Florida where she produced $5,000,000 in sales the first year, and was named Rookie of the Year. Over the next two years, she generated another $8,000,000 in sales. When asked to take on the challenge of managing an investor condominium project, within 18 months, she met her goal of listing and selling 27 units.
Later, as a Managing Broker for Prudential Florida WCI Realty for several years, Angela helped take that company’s GCI from $5,000,000 to more than $25,000,000 with a 200 percent gain in net profit and also added 3 new offices. In addition, she opened multiple offices in other states, and managed to advance a franchise under her control from sixth place to second place in the ERA network.
